It is terribly sad that my existence has become mere myth amongst mortals, but perhaps this is a chance for me to rectify this? My name is Aphrodite, Godess of Love, Beauty, and other such related passions....such as sex Though, some of you may also know me by my other name, Venus. It is quite a pleasure to meet all of you, really. With my recent liberation from the hand of Hephaestus, I am ever the more eager to partake clean-handedly in the entertainment this community may bring.

The world has changed much from when the time of the Greeks and Romans, but I hope I will be able to "fit in," as mortals say.

You must have be from one of these other worlds. It is interesting to see how mortals are now crossing into these alternate dimensions; the Romans and Greeks barely knew the world where they existed.
