[Locked from Wesker and Chris]

Hey, guys! Uh, quick question.

Say there's someone out there that's really dangerous, and threatenin' a friend. You wanna help, but your friend already told you that it's "his business" to finish him off work it out.  You don't wanna go against his wishes, but at the same time, the guy makes you so angry that you wouldn't mind doin' it.

(That strike? Totally gone.)

Get a new friend.
dormition: (Will look until you're gone)

Is he going to fight the one who's threatening him?
dormition: (Coming down the mountain)

Then go with him. You don't need his permission.

If you wish to give vague circumstances, I can only give vague answers.

Good luck.

This story is beginning to sound familiar.

What is the expression for this? Ah, damned if you do, damned if you don't. Which path sounds more adventurous?

You could always make it worse~ Escalation.

Is your friend who I think it is?

Then I would stay on the sidelines. Especially if you weren't invited to join in the game.

Indeed.

If it were me, I'd convince my friend to let me help. I couldn't let my friend get hurt working it out.

[identity profile] stripping.livejournal.com 2009-02-19 03:09 am (UTC)(link)
I thought that might be the case. I would try a little more persistence, and if that doesn't work, ignore what he says and help him anyway.
philoxidizes: (are you pondering what I'm pondering?)

Is there a way you can help without your friend knowing?

[identity profile] notheoryinchaos.livejournal.com 2009-02-19 03:11 am (UTC)(link)
Wise choice.

[identity profile] stripping.livejournal.com 2009-02-19 03:12 am (UTC)(link)
Good luck.

Ehhh if it's his business then it's his business. No reason for my paws to get dirty if I don't have to.

...'course if I really wanted to help I might work from behind the scenes without him finding out.
