I hardly ever get effected with the viruses, but it figures I get hit with one that is extremely humiliating. It feels good to be back to normal again. And to be rid of that annoying bell. To be that vulnerable again is not something I wish to experience.

I've noticed. I had already gotten several stares when I went outside for some air. I take it boots and leather armor are not very common in this world.

Heh, shinobi are used to fast-paced battles. Heavy clothes just get in the way.

Leather armor is actually fairly light, and I have not trouble moving at a fast pace with it on.

All the other warriors in your party wear the same?

Not all. Shana wears some leather armor, but it is mostly in the shoulders since she is an archer. Dart, Albert, and Kongol, wear a combination of plate, chain-mail, or leather. Hanschel and Meru do not wear any armor, but do have clothing with wards on them so as to have some protection.
