Oh, and also? Don't let seasons fool you. It's always warm here. I swear, it's like fifty degrees warmer here than it was in Washington. Which, don't get me wrong, is a good thing. Awesome, even. [ Of course, that might have something to do with the volcano that the castle is on. Which is ... a tiny fact she hasn't picked up on. ]

Appa is Aang's air bison. I'm sure you'll meet him sometime! He's ~kind of scary at first, but he won't eat you, I promise.

Uh, it's called an airplane. Or a car. They're like ... [ how does she shot explanation. ] I guess an airplane's like a really, really fast flying boat.

And a car is ... like a carriage. Do you know what that is? Like. Horses lead them and -- anyway. It's a carriage that's mechanical and moves itself. Also fast. Cars are supposed to have the power of like several hundred horses or ... whatever.

I've never really had to explain this before. [ and it shows. horribly. ]
