[ the camera is showing one classy party, one of those museum shindigs that attract the rich and generous. There's a bit of what appears to be a fern leaf obstructing the top part of the screen, indicating that the camera is probably not actually all that legit, but it's well-positioned to see most of the party.
Around the middle distance, the police chief is talking to a long-haired girl with her back to the camera. (You can tell he's a policeman because even in the tuxedo, he's obstinately pinned his badge on, and has a walkie-talkie intermittently going off at his belt.) The girl turns slightly, and her face almost looks familiar, sort of like one Itsuki Koizumi, but with the evening dress and hair... nah, couldn't be.
The chief doesn't seem to notice anything odd, anyway; he seems perfectly happy talking to such a charming girl. The walkie at his belt starts making urgent sorts of blaring noises, but when the girl starts looking a little distracted by it, he reaches down and turns it off without a second thought.
It's only a few minutes later that a few screams (happy screams? pleased screams?) echo throughout the hall. Suddenly, a figure in white (Kaitou Kid) darts into the video, a large diamond in hand. He stops and nods at the girl while the police officer stares at him in shock, taking her hand in his free one and brushing a gentleman-like kiss on her knuckles before offering her a white rose. Once that is finished he tips his hat at the officer and darts out of the picture again, the yelling of angry Taskforce members echoing behind him.
The officer in the video blinks once. Twice. Three times. Before apologizing profusely to the woman and giving chase after the thief as fast as he can.
