[Accidental video]

[The video is focused on the floor of a rather dingy room. The light suggests the windows are quite high up. At the moment, the only thing in the room is a red panda, very close to the viewpoint; in fact, it seems to be endeavoring to hold a quill in its paws and write in the book. Rather unsuccessfully, especially since it has its tail partly curled over its nose - it's getting on toward winter.

Suddenly, there are a number of feet coming down stairs, accompanied by a group of voices; none of them sound like they belong to anyone older than a teenager. The red panda hurriedly bats the book away; it slides off into a corner between a couple of crates, which gives an excellent view as a group of children and teens, some of them carrying rolled-up posters, enters the room.]

Look! A red panda! How did it get in here?
Someone must have left one of the windows open; I suppose he crawled in out of the cold.
He's so cute!

[One of the smaller children runs forward and picks it up, stroking its fur. It bristles a little, but seems to be trying to avoid clawing the child.]

Put him down, you'll get scratched.
No, he likes it, see?
You're going the wrong way!

[The squabbling continues for a while as the panda looks increasingly put-upon until the video fades out.]

((OOC: Replies ICly will come later when the Red Army have gotten bored of their new pet. Also, I'm still tagging older posts, just wanted to get this up.))

[It's somewhat darker when the video comes back on, with the panda obviously curled up behind a crate, looking rather frazzled. It's gone back to attempting to write; it might take a while, but eventually it seems to get the hang of it.]

[You can't really see her blushing through the fur, but the way she looks away from the book makes it pretty clear she's noticed. And while yes, she's naked too, at least she has fur.]

[Cybertronian go around naked all day, but since they are robots no one seems to mind. he doesn't care that he's naked now, but he's getting cold.]

Normally humans wear clothes. You might consider looking into that.

[He's a pretty attractive for a Transformer, all things considered. The fact that he has a sexy voice doesn't hurt.]

[Knock Out looks down at himself then back at the panda.] True but is not like I can find any here, and I can't allow anybody to see me. They will kill me on sight.

I'm not very familiar with ...those. Nor children, nor small animals. My kind doesn't exactly have offsprings. But we have pets.

[Knock out can't help but chuckle a bit at that. His smile is the same as the one he shows as a robot.]

Usually. Sometimes twins. Larger numbers are rare. Most of their parents are dead or imprisoned... like mine.

It's not a war. If it is, it's by the warlords against the rest of us, and for the most part we've already lost.

My father was imprisoned because he was the only person ever to leave the Empire and return, and because he had the audacity to suggest that the world outside the Empire was not a barren wasteland populated by bloodsucking ghosts.

Not quite that, either. I suspect that what a massacre is to a war, this is to an occupation.

Yes, he is. Years now. My mother was killed when I was young and my sister was younger. It's the same for most of the others - and the Empire is thousands of years old; it's a revolution where few of the members are out of their teens and none of us know anything different.
