Then you're lucky I'm here! I'm a really understanding guy! [Bursts of manic laughter are pretty normal from Greed, when talking to Lancer. He sobers up from it just as quickly. He could be messing with Lancer, or just prone to mood/topic swings. It's a matter of perspective.]
