In any case, I'll get to the main question I was planning to ask today. Do any of you live in worlds that have beings who regulate time? Or, at the least, those who can manipulate time?

A god, in this case. Two of them. [ and he's learned from them how to manipulate time a little bit, too-- but certainly not to the grand extent they can. ]

I think knowing how to would be on a need-to-know basis. So I've only seen time being slowed down to near-stop. Other than that, there's areas where you can travel back and forth through time- only if you know how to open the gate in the first place. [ and he's the one that can do that. of course, he doesn't realize the full repercussions of tampering with history that fully. ]

I have no proof but I always pictured a god of time to be a goddess and she casually flips over her giant hourglass when she gets bored. Or a literal Sandman.

If he ate a gold apple, then it was the result of Eris leaving all of us a "goodbye gift". She was a goddess of chaos that sometimes pulls pranks on us. If not, then it was a virus, and I don't mean a computer one.

...Though I do remember my friend Sonic once mentioned something called Time Stones. Apparently you can use them to travel through time and he used them in order to rescue Amy, who's also a friend of mine.

Would you happen to know this Sailor Pluto's policies on usage of time abilities? More specifically, to travel?

She's really not supposed to mess with time at all...but due to a lot of things happening she'd broken all of her rules.

In my galaxies there are beings that "give time its duration", called momegs. There is one for every second, each unique and independent.

Hm. Very strange, if you consider that the second is such a... human way of measuring time, not relating to anything definite. At least not in my universe. I always felt it was rather sloppy.
On the other hand, perhaps in your universe these "momegs" were intuitively sensed, and seconds were based off them.
Unless your "second" is a drastically different period of time than mine, there must be numerous quantities of these beings.
