I think getting over stage fright is the main one.

Sometimes you can't, but if you think about something else - or just get on with it - you're too busy to be nervous.

Busy yourself out of the nerves? Never thought of that.

When you're performing it just happens.

Right away or after a little while?

That depends how quick you perform after you get up there.
