(I get dragged by an overly eccentric girl who does what she wants, I'm greeted naturally by time travelers, espers, and aliens respectively, and said overly eccentric girl is actually someone who the guys upstairs are particularly interested it, and whatever she says basically...comes true. Actually, no. I've been trying to obtain one myself but I've been unsuccessful so far. It seems you either have to know someone who can and is willing to give you one, or have your own means to.
