Accidental Video

(A video feed starts out showing a dark room with several high tech machines lying around. Looking directly at the camera seems to be some kind of armor creature that is obviously not human. The camera seems to move but the armored figure doesn't move at all.)

What is this? Are these Psyducks? Why would Giovanni have something like this on one of his laptops?

A Time Lord? I'm guessing that is some form of alien in your universe. So how exactly is a Time Lord different from a human, because I don't see any noticeable differences. I suspect that it has something to do with your inner workings or knowledge, am I correct?

I suppose you could call me an alien, yes. [He smiles] Oh there are a great many of differences, genetic, mental, physical... the most obvious of which is the fact that I've got two hearts.
