How much is somebody influenced by their culture and their species and how much can they break away from it?

To use a random example, are all angels dicks? Because I've never met an angel who wasn't one.

Which would still make you some degree of misinformed. As it is, I'll clarify; we don't particularly have the time or interest to individually smite every nonbeliever, and frankly the majority would find something like that trivial.

[ of course, there's always some. and then there's the ones that decide to be efficient with it instead and attempt to cause the apocalypse mk 2 thanks raphael. ]

Whatever it is we're required to do; for the most part, we're soldiers, not exterminators as you seem to think.

Of course, recently things in Heaven have significantly changed, and I'd say that's preoccupying enough.
