[ Ah, Starbucks. Open until about 1AM, it's a great place to work and be fueled on caffeine while working. Maybe you're here for a study group, maybe you just want to be out of the dorm while working, maybe there was a fire alarm and instead of standing out in the cold you decided to go here, maybe you want to annoy your friends while they try to study, or maybe you just want to try the latest holiday blend! Whatever you're here for, this is a nice place to look smart and productive while indulging in your favorite hot drink. ]

[Guess who has taken up most of a table in the corner? Yeap! Ferb. He has a few books piled up, but mostly to lean against. What is taking up the majority of the table are several rolls of blue print paper and a small model of a broom. Yeah, a bit weird but he can make this work easily.

He stops every so often to take a drink from an iced coffee but mostly he's working rather steadily.]

[Having bought her usual coffee, Vanessa spotted Ferb and quietly made her way over to where he had set up. For a minute or two she just looks over what he's got spread over the table and sips at her coffee. Finally she speaks up.]

What's that for?

[phinsteller]

[He knew she'd been there but he doesn't look up until she speaks. A small grin enters his eyes and he hands her one of the more finished plans.

Anti-gravity staffs, with directional gliders. A.K.A Muggle style flying brooms.]

[She looks over the plans, then nods her approval.]

Everyone will want one of these when you finish.

[phinsteller]

[He nods; that's what he was thinking...which meant that the Quidditch players were going to have their hands full.]

I'm only making for the team.

*pause*

So far.

You're going to make people jealous. [She's teasing of course.]

[phinsteller]

[Only a little.

Okay...a lot, but it will be fun! And something to do over the weekends.]

Anything I can do to help?

[phinsteller]

[Well, once he builds and tests them...he'll need some help taking them to the limit. There's a nice spot to look ot over the city that he knows about.]

I could do that. [She smirks.]

So are you going to be working on this tonight?

[phinsteller]

Weekend project.

[Because he has all day without worrying about classes interrupting. As for tonight, there are no set plans. But Ferb is rather good with sudden changes.]

Excellent. I was thinking we could do out.

[phinsteller]

[That sounds perfectly wonderful. Nessa's choice, and Ferb's treat.]

[sovanessessary]

[And that is an excellent idea. She smiles more and leans forward to kiss him on the cheek.]

When should I be ready?

[phinsteller]

[A quick pause of thought before he nods.]

Seven is always good.

[Actually any time is good when it involves Vanessa but seven has more organization to it.]

[Stop being adorable. She can't take it all.]

You'll pick me up at the dorms?

[phinsteller]

[He is accidentally charming, darling. Usually.

He smiles and nods, then they can go where ever Vanessa wants or a usual hang out could work too.]

I was thinking maybe a movie? I heard the theatre was playing some classics this week.

[phinsteller]

[Movie and a late dinner? They could be dorky and do a theme night. Match the restaurant to the movie. Like a Noir Cafe or something like that.]

[James wanders in at the same time he does every day. Picks up his usual order with a wink and walks over to his ex-roommate.]

Ooo are they for the team?

[He nods, handing the blue print to James to look at. He curls up on the chair, sipping the coffee.]

[Dib with a man bag strapped around his shoulder. Spotting Ferb, walks towards]

Ferb turns the blue print to show the antigravity brooms. Or well what will soon become antigravity brooms.]
