I think the universe has some sick joke about me and wells.

I mean come on! Three times it's happened. Falling down a well once is bad enough, but three times.

This doesn't happen to anyone else, does it?

Oh! Um...no. I mean, with ghosts.

They were kind of responsible the other times I fell down wells.

G-ghosts? I guess, if that's normal for you, but, um. Would you mind telling me more about that?

Well, I don't know if I'd call it normal. A lot of people in my world don't believe that ghosts are real. Most of them probably.

I just happen to work with the people who do believe in them.

So not everyone can see them? And you're learning more about them with other people who can? I think that's good, though. That you're around people that are similar.

That's right. I can't see them all the time, but there's a girl who works with us who can usually sense them, even see them if they're someplace.
