[You have Perrine running around the kitchen, late at night. Seems like during the ski trip she had obtained an ipod and was listening to the songs on it. She was humming as she ran around, trying to get everything together, mixing flour, chocolate and generally making a mess of things.

The water whistled and she scrambled to cap the double boiler, as the earphones popped out and she was, well, listening to a cover of the Beebs. If anyone asks, she was listening to covers. Not the Beebs himself.]

Oh no, the water, ack, the chocolate, nooooooo... Major, I can't give you chocolate like this...!

Second - how much from scratch are we making these? I honestly can't tell with all the rush and hubbub. Are we beginning with roasting the cocoa beans or do we have nibs already?

Apron right. [She pulls it on, and arches an eyebrow. So different from the aprons of her time.] I'll take a bath before talking to the Major.

Um... enough? I really don't know what I'm doing and I think I tried roasting without an idea. I'm not good at making chocolate.

[Sigh.] Are you starting with beans? Or do you have the already roasted insides of beans purchased from a store that way?

Ah yes, right over here. [She pointed out a literal hand-grinder, the lever gleaming and unused. The girls obviously preferred tea.]

...Ah, that might cause complications. You see, when electronic grinders work for a long time they heat up, causing the cocoa butter to start to melt, but I don't think I can work that quickly with a hand grinder.
