I know I didn't just leave it out so.... someone had to of taken it. [he has a weird necklace in the place where his ocarina is supposed to be anyways.]

That was an important gift from the princess so I really need my ocarina back.

Oohh... Navi is just a regular fairy! Nothing like a cat.

[he nods.] That sounds good! I haven't had tea in a while.

[moonspell]

[ She has an idea of what he means, even if she knows so many types of fairies her mouth might explode should she try to rattle them all off and find an answer. The world's general idea of fairies is probably what he's referring to. Cute little winged people, like the fae who work for the Queen of Ibrazel. ]

Give me about 20 minutes, then. I'll prepare the drawing room for guests.

[tunics]

[he nods, and he'll just wait around for the 20 minutes like she requested.

when he arrives however, he's simply looking around at everything.... he loves going to new worlds and seeing new things, he wants to see them all after all.]

[moonspell]

[ When he arrives, she comes out pretty quickly. Whether she just knew he was there or if something unseen told her as much is a mystery. She holds out the ocarina to him. ]

Hello, Link. This is it, right?

[tunics]

[He looks over at her, smiling, then glancing down at the ocarina.]

Lydia! Yeah, that's my ocarina!

[moonspell]

[ She holds it out to him to take, smiling. ]

I'm glad it came to some place safe at least. Do you have my necklace?

[tunics]

[he goes to take the ocarina back, feeling much better now that it's in his hands again. he gives her the necklace as well.]

Right here. It's really pretty you know.

[moonspell]

Thank you. It's very important to me..

[ Lydia takes it back, holding it to her chest when she has it, then going to put it on. ]

Can you play a song on your ocarina? I think it'd be delightful and some of the fairies would appreciate it.

[tunics]

[He nods!]

Of course I can! I'd love to.

[he brings his ocarina up to his lips and he begins to play a melody for her, it's slow and rather nice.]

[moonspell]

[ When the song is finished, she claps her hands appreciatively. ]</small. That was lovely, Link.

[tunics]

[he pulls the ocarina away from his lips, and just smiles a bit.]

Aha.... thanks! You liked it?

[moonspell]

Yes! Thank you for letting me hear that.

[tunics]

Of course! I'll play for you anytime.

Anyways... about that tea.

[moonspell]

Yes! I've already prepared it. Follow me.

[ And Lydia leads him into the drawing room, where a few drawings of her father's are near the walls so that she could clear out room for a chairs and a table. It's a lovely room, uncluttered and it's clear that her father at least, is not poor. On the table is a lovely tea set, cups set out on saucers and everything, and a small plate of what looks to be small cookies-- various petit fours secs to accompany the tea. ]

[tunics]

Whoaaa...

[link comes into the room, looking around at everything. he's just so curious about any little thing, and he likes exploring, it's what he does. so this is all very interesting to him, exciting even.

he looks over at her, seeing the tea set all ready too.]

Ooh! This looks great! You really know how to please, Lydia.

[moonspell]

[ There's something refreshing about seeing someone so amazed with a quaint room like this (or at least, it's quaint compared to the things like Edgar would have set up). ]

Well I hope so. I hope you like the tea as much as the set up, though. Sugar?

[ Lydia's pouring him some tea now okay. ]

[tunics]

[he's moving to sit down as she says that, he just nods.]

Ah, sure! I'll try some. Usually I just have tea with the ladies in Kakariko. [...they're all old...]

[moonspell]

How do you usually have it with them? [ It's better if it's the way he's used to it right? Lydia has a bit of sugar ready, but she hasn't put it in yet. ]

[tunics]

[link gestured for her to put it in.]

It's fine like this! I'm not really picky, they generally have sugar and stuff for me too.

[moonspell]

[ She puts a spoonful of sugar in then and swirls it a bit with the small spoon, then takes the spoon out and sets it on a small plate beneath the sugar dish. She then sits down on the other side of the table and pours her own cup of tea. ]

Please enjoy it.

[tunics]

I will!

[he moves to grab the cup, bringing the contents to his lips, he sips, then just beams at her.]

Yeah, it's really good, thanks! I haven't been able to rest like this for a while so I'm really enjoying it so far. Plus, I like spending time with you too, you know?

[moonspell]

[ There's a brief moment where Lydia's voice falters, but it's only a flash. She's still not used to people actually wanting to be around her, willingly, who aren't fairies. Even if Link's not quite a regular human, she still considers him as such, so it's strange to not be thought of as creepy. Being told that he actually likes spending time with her still catches her off guard, even if the same could be said of her feelings about him coming over. ]

I like spending time with you too, Link. We'll have to make sure to do this again when we don't need to get something from each other.

[tunics]

[link is simply too nice for his own good, just like to talk to whomever and enjoys the company of many.]

You make it sound like such a bad thing, but I learned something about you too, about how that necklace belonged to your mother.

Are your parents... around?

My father is. This is his house, actually. I've been staying with him while I'm here in London. My mother passed away some time ago.
