So um... Miyafuji isn't as bad as I thought she was. She might be loud, rude and uncouth but... she did save Captain Barkhorn's life with her healing magic.

So I guess I should try to be nicer to her...

Remind me if I slip again not to do that.

Link! I um, er... well... yes. I was mean to someone. I regret it now, but at the time it felt like really justified anger towards them.

Well, can you tell me what happened?

I got mad at my squadmate, Yoshika Miyafuji. She had done several things, little things to upset me over the course of the week and then it all exploded a while ago. However when we were flying in formation, I was assigned to be Barkhorn's Wingmate and The Neuroi shot out her gun, sending her spiraling towards the ground.

We saved her, defended her from the enemy as Yoshika healed her. I even passed out from overuse of magic.

Wow! And you were really able to save her?! That's great! I'm so glad everything worked out in the end.

Ah well, it was Miyafuji who did most of the work, expending all of her magic in order to keep the Lt. from dying. I just defended from shots.

But I am glad that Miyafuji didn't give up in the end.

It sounds like you all were fighting really hard... that's good that you're alright, I don't like seeing my friends upset or hurt.

People who we think are horrible turn out to do some rather brave or noble things, sometimes.

I suppose so. She just really impressed me when the chips were down. I um... well... she's not all bad.

Well... it's hard to ignore when Miyafuji is being brave. Even for an un-disciplined girl like she is. [said of course with much less venom than before.]

Slightly shaken, but I've recovered since the incident. I guess I should be thankful we have such a strong healer on our side.
