What about angels? What do you know of them?

I've heard stories of them, but I don't know them to be real.

They're very real. At least in my world.

Are they considered good, then? The opposite of demons?

[sebastian_verlac]

That would be the general consensus. But that is not to say that they are in any way friendly. Angels are powerful, terrible creatures, even if they are on the alleged side of good.

What is it that they do?

Keep out of the way, mostly. But they.... lent some of their blood to my ancestors long ago, making us strong enough to fight the demons.

Yes. They call us Shadowhunters.
