[The sound of gunshots can be heard from a familiar gun on the community as the camera can't seem to get a fix on the person in question. It seems chaotic, like he's moving rapidly.

For a moment the world blurs around the screen before something is clearly shown on the screen. A wanted poster.]



[Wanted: Dead or Alive. Kaitou Daiki.

Kamen Rider. Enemy of the Entire World.]

I need to get out of here... I'm not ready to handle this...! Anywhere but here...!

[Another gunshot rang out, and the camera blurs as a the person stumbles, and Kaitou's shoes are seen. It's clear that he has stumbled back into his own world, and the camera is seeing from his own eyes as the world twists around him, and he collapses in another world.]

... such bullshit...

[She immediately heads over to him with the bag. She sits down and begins to unpack it. There are some standard things like bandages and other medical tools, but some that were more advanced]

Don't worry. It should be fairly simple. How are you feeling? Do you know what you got shot with?

It was a rifle, old style, .22 pump action. It's pretty old, but it's still dangerous.

[He's still got his shirt but it's pretty ruined now with the blood soaking into the cloth.]

That is old. I don't think I've seen one of those in action.

[But that doesn't mean she doesn't know what she should be doing for it]

Why don't you lay down on your side. It'll be easier that way.

[She has more bandages to help with the bleeding as soon as the bullet is removed]

[Moving onto his side, Kaitou hissed.] Funny. I can take a blaster bolt to the side and it doesn't hurt as much.

Blaster bolt? Sounds like it might be similar to what we have. It could be that it doesn't stick with you like a bullet does. I'll give you something for the pain.

[Which she will give him after exposing the injury from the cloth pressed around it. It's strong enough that it will numb the injury]

You won't feel a thing around the area for a while. By the time it wears off it, it'll be out.

[And she wastes no time]

So why were they shooting at you?

Well it's an energy burst. Most Rider enemies and Riders themselves have it. So it hurts like hell when you get shot by them.

[he nodded at her explanation and smirked a little.]

Because, and I say this again, I'm the enemy of the entire world from the world I came from. The whole world wants me dead.

Yes, that sounds similar to some of our weapons.

[She considers that for a moment] There's a group like that on my world. Some like them, some would rather see them dead. That must be difficult though, the world you are from wanting to hurt you.

[Not going to mention she's in that group. And she takes care of cleaning the injury and removing the bullet]

Mmm. Riders are the enemy in the world, and my first attempt at liberating my world has... not been successful. At all. It was downright disastrous to be honest.

[He hissed a little at the removal but otherwise bore with it.]

Unfortunately it sounds like it. So what is it that the Riders do?

[She talks as she works, trying to distract him from focusing on the bullet so much. At least this was fairly simple and she wasn't having any trouble. She gets the bullet out and starts with cleaning the wound and patch him up]

Depends on the Rider. But as for myself, this is why I have my power. So I can save my world, and bring my brother back.

As you can see it wasn't successful at all.

Oh, I see. Well, you weren't this time, but I'm sure you will be able to. Sometimes its all about timing.

Are there a lot of other Riders?

Mmm, I know. There's a few things that I need to do first.

There's a lot, across the multiverse. But not many of them have the ability to journey through worlds like I do.

Well, then we should really get you better so you can take care of that.

[She smiles. She's almost done]

That's interesting. Is it a specific ability given to some of them or is something you could do before?

[which is good cause Kaitou has trouble keeping still.]

It's... well, you need Rider powers of course. But you basically need the strongest will possible and the desire to leave your world. The split between not having the ability and having the power activates the ability.

Fascinating. I've never heard of something like, but with the community, I guess anything is possible. I haven't done much world hopping myself.

[And she's patched up the wound and covered the injury with some gauze for any remaining bleeding]

Okay, the bullet's out. Take it easy for a few days if possible and keep it covered. It's stitched up so there won't be much bleeding provided you take it easy. You won't need to go to the hospital to do anything. And take these... [She produces a small bottle of pills from her bag] one twice a day to stave off infection.

It's one of those things that Riders can do. And Sentai.

Got it. [Holding out his hand for the pills, he added,] Thanks by the way. I don't get stitched up this often and I try to make a habit of not getting shot.

[She hands him the pills and offers him help sitting up if he needs it] It's no problem. I'm glad I was able to help. I hope you don't make it much of habit, getting shot that is. It can't be much fun.

I get shot at at times, but I usually dodge anyhow. [And gratefully he sat up as well with her help.]

Kaitou Daiki, but you know that by now.

"Shot at" is still better than being shot. Still terrifying, but less injuries.

Nice to meet you, even if its not the best of circumstances. Is there someone here to help in case you need something?

This is true. Riders tend to go hand to hand anyhow, or with weapons. Which doesn't make it any better.

Ren's out for the moment so he's not here right now.

No that doesn't make it easier. However, it is one of the hazards of the job I suppose.

Do you want me to stay until he gets back or do you think you'll be okay?

[She more or less just wants to make sure he doesn't overexert himself so soon after what happened]

It's how Riders really are. I guess we favor close combat, and kicks mostly.

I see. More like the action movies?

My world... We've done a lot of exploration into outer space and civilians can travel to the upper levels of the atmosphere. I actually work on a station in space most of the time. There is unfortunately a lot of fighting, mostly with large robots called mobile suits.

Quite a bit. Our series is actually on television in other worlds, under the heading of Kamen Rider every Sunday morning.

Mobile suits huh... can't say I've run into those, but some Riders have some robots of their own. Some Riders even go into space like Super-1 and Fourze.

Really? I've heard one other person mention their life was a series. I wonder if mine is as well... that's a strange thing to think about.

Robots are common in my world. Smaller versions are used for repairs and maintenance. The larger ones are used for fighting. That's interesting that there are some who can go to space. Perhaps you could visit at some point. Then you'd get to see space as well.
