Oh we are. It's just that we've got a varied amount of discipline. Commander Minna runs a strange ship so to speak, allowing everyone to do what they want as long as it isn't getting into relationships with the male staff.
It's because everyone is dealing with the stress of war in their own way that everyone is so, well, strange.
I've heard stories that Witches all over the place develop their own quirks to deal with fighting at a young age. Some of them become renowned for it, like Lt. Barhorn's strictness or Lt. Yeager's speed affection.
Currently the allied forces are gaining ground which consists of a combined world-wide effort against the Neuroi. But the Neuroi are incredibly adaptable as well.
That is quite interesting. The Allied Forces in my world consist of the major nations, Fuso, Karsland, Liberion, Britannia, Orussia and many others fighting the Neuroi together. Karlsand is the tactical spearhead of this operation as they develop the most technology to use against the Neuroi. They lost their homeland after all in the initial strike, so they wish to reclaim it.
How interesting. We once fought a world war before, against each other. But it was interrupted by the resurgence of Neuroi activity. The war lasted for barely six months.
Mmm. Our tacticians had estimated a World War against my country to last longer obviously, but the Neuroi caught us flat-footed and wiped out a good portion of the European-based soldiers on either end. We resumed our battle with the Neuroi and managed to repel them, but the damage had been done. a good portion of Karsland was now occupying a much larger area of Europe, and Britannia had strengthened its sovereignty. My own country of Gallia went through a reformation before we started to work together since then with the other European countries like Romangna and the areas around us.
No I did not. I wasn't even born yet, since the war ended well before 1918. It's been nearly 30 years since the World War, though my mother was a service Witch during that time.
Even if I look up my world's history on the community, what's to say that I won't find something different? Even if history tells of a familiar tale in other worlds, no one person could change it's path. Thus being said, I think its safe to say that every world is unique.
