Possibly the community has trends and fads. Perhaps superheroes are "in" right now.

The frightening part is that for that to be true there would most likely need to be more things like the community.

Well, if the community had fads, it would have to pick them up from somewhere, wouldn't it?

Why can't it just pick them up from the worlds themselves?

How would the whole thing have started, then, if it was bringing in these types of people because it had gotten the idea from their worlds?

It could have watched the worlds before picking someone.

You're probably right, honestly. But as frightening as it is, the idea of multiple communities like this is rather... difficult to get rid of.
