Secondly, since apparently my brother has been a member of the community without me knowing it... I have a moral question.

Suppose there is a group that worships the devil, but all they do is have tea parties and talk philosophy. Suppose there is also a group that worships a loving God, but they go on crusades in His name and hurt the innocent.

Which of these groups contains worse people?

..The second question I think just depends on what you define as a bad person. Though I guess that'd be something the first group would discuss over tea. [ Because that's a philosophy question, after all. ]

Personally.. I think I'd want to know more about the people as individuals before I answered that. People can do stupid things or good things, but it doesn't mean those things are what's in their hearts.

I agree. Hypocrisy is insidious, after all.

I can understand believing something. I can understand needing to do anything to achieve something. But leave others out of it.

I find hardly anything as sad as the phrase 'holy war'. It should be an oxymoron.

Nothing's right about it. If you're going to do something like that, at least have the honesty to know you're wrong.

What is a devil?

The group who don't follow their god's precepts should be definitely punished though.

A devil is an angel who rebelled against God.

Any god? And what do you call a messenger who rebels against a goddess?

Because if that's the same thing than I suppose I am a devil. But Shurelia had it coming.
