It's so easy to get people to trust someone. I bet a lot of you think you know the other people on here, but you don't. Not really.

[The room is brightly lit, a house in a familiar home. How much time has passed? It seems like forever since there's a school uniform clearly in view.

And then, a taller figure stretches on her chair, and laughs.] So now I know! The Internet is for Porn! Who would have thought that after all this time after access was cut off that I got it back now and the first thing I see is doujinshi?

[She swings the camera up. Oh my god it's Hayate. And she's older now. Her eyes sparkle with mischief as the swell of womanly curves in puberty are clearly shown under the sweater she's wearing.] Yohooo community! Guess who's back for round two!

...Nami, that book doesn't have anything in it! [It's a young man's voice, pitched a little high and definitely energetic. He sounds genuinely concerned, as if Nami might not have noticed that she's reading an empty book.

A brief, exasperated noise comes from Nami.] There is, you just can't see it. [There's a moment of silence. Evidently she's expected to explain.] It's a special kind of book that only people who are part of a certain group can read.

But you're part of my crew! [The young man sounds very determined about that.]

I told you, I'm not joining you're crew! ...And anyway, it's not that kind of group.

[This pause is longer.] Oh, so it's a mystery book.

[The video shows a white-haired young man, wearing some kind of robes. He hums quizzically and smiles.]

Y'know, I'm pretty well-versed when it comes to magic items, but I've never seen anything like this before. A journal that talks back? Definitely a new one! I kinda wish I'd thought of it myself, but oh well. The ducks are a nice touch!

I wonder how this happened to my journal, though...

Maybe one of the other mages used it for an experiment and then left it here. People leave important stuff lying around all the time.

Or maybe... I actually found a cursed item and by opening and reading it, I just doomed myself to a really horrible death! [He sounds pretty casual about that possibility and, if anything, his smile actually brightens a little.] That'd be something!

Or maybe it was just a fluke earlier and I'm sitting here talking to myself like a crazy person. It wouldn't be the first time, ha ha!

[Marvelous has been browsing the internet, trying to research Earth's sea pirates. He's come across something that intrigues him, despite it being, for him, a couple of months away.]

There's a pirate holiday, huh? You Earthlings are getting more and more interesting every day.

Secondly, since apparently my brother has been a member of the community without me knowing it... I have a moral question.

Suppose there is a group that worships the devil, but all they do is have tea parties and talk philosophy. Suppose there is also a group that worships a loving God, but they go on crusades in His name and hurt the innocent.

Which of these groups contains worse people?

Maybe pirates aren't all bad.

But most of them are still cruel and shouldn't be trusted.

[The scene has Ayumi with a bunch of friends, three girls that she had befriended earlier. She's holding onto a video camera.]

Is this what we're doing now? Just making guided tours and filming everything to be put on NicoNicoTube?

[Indistinct laughter and chatter from her friends as the camera wobbles. She seems to be filming from the inside of a building, a bakery no less as she's panning over the bakery.]

And here we have the inside of PanPakaPan. It's a famous bakery in the center of Kamakura Town, on the coast here. We're visiting for these...

[The camera pans over towards a pile of really good looking chocolate cornets and it waggles up and down.] We're going to get a large pile of these to take home to our families. It's only a short train ride back to Minato Mirai. Barely half an hour of a trip.

Vita is getting antsy around the house lately. She and I don't go to school so we usually wind up watching a lot of shows, but now we're in the late reruns recently.

Does anyone have recommendations on what we should watch?
