Ahh, that could be bad if you get arrested.

But why would pirates have a defined uniform? Aren't they outlaws and the dregs of society? The lace, ribbon and fishnets seem out of place. Unless they were so fearsome that they were practically a military in their own right. In which case, nobody will mess with you if they think you're a pirate.
