[Marvelous has been browsing the internet, trying to research Earth's sea pirates. He's come across something that intrigues him, despite it being, for him, a couple of months away.]

There's a pirate holiday, huh? You Earthlings are getting more and more interesting every day.

How DO you keel-haul anyhow? Movies don't exactly do that sort of thing...

Well you tie the person up, put the rope around the whole length of the ship and its underside, then drag the person under it.

... that really seems like a lot of work.

It's fun. Only did it once. Didn't stay with that crew long though: they turned out to be.......very strange about punishments.

That would be something to experience at least just once though.

Just don't be on the receiving end of it. Barnacles are a bitch.

Plus there's the potential drowning or exploding if you're unlucky enough to not have pirates that do it in the sky.

Yeah there's that. I'm sure Precure are immune to vacuum or drowning but hey...

Yeah, an evil computer virus who built armies of robotic soldiers and is trying to take over the world has me stuck in a pocket dimension hellhole. I managed to haul my ass into stasis and generate an avatar to give me any autonomy. So excuse me for getting into the blogging scene a little late.

I wasn't aware that pirates talked differently than normal people. And I still don't get why that'd deserve its own holiday.

And as far as I know, aside from some terms, we talk exactly the same.
