[The audio is kind of muted due to the loud noises being cut out and staggered, but a pair of girls are fighting against a man made of leaves. The giant monster with the huge chin was swiping at them and for a moment it seemed like the girls were smashed under the huge vine.

But then the orange haired girl got up, holding the vine as she and the other exchanged words and in a flash of light, threw it off. Joining hands, the audio cut back in as the pair exclaimed,]

Pretty Cure Twin Stream Splash!

[In a torrent of water, the monster was blasted into what appeared to be little spirits as a orb floated down, and the man with the plant-like motif vanished.

Later on, the violet haired girl is setting up some things in a comfy looking room when she notices her mirror blinking. Poking it, she inquired,] Hello? Is someone there? Hello?

[Mai jumps back in surprise at the response.] What a strange magic mirror. It's like out of a fairy tale.

A magic mirror? Really? Its a computer program for me. Also hi, welcome to the Duck, I guess.

Well I don't actually have a computer. It's showing in my window.

[Man, community members sure do fight a lot! It's almost like home, in a way.]

Kirby looks behind him for a second, trying to see what Mai did. He doesn't yet get that Mai was talking about him.]

I mean you. You're a tiny little thing aren't you?

[Kirby can't deny that's he's small, but outright being called a monster? THEM"S FIGHTING WORDS MISSY.

Kirby will shake in disagreement. He's no monster! Monsters are things he beats up! He'll take out his now much loved tablet-like device and draw assorted scary beasties on them, before drawing in himself fighting them all.]

So you fight monsters then?

I think so? I'm still pretty new to this myself. And if someone gives you advice, DEFINITELY listen to them about it.

[Mai nods, trying to take it all in as she thought about it for a moment.] So are people joining this community thing all the time or giving advice?

Kinda? It seems to find people, instead of people finding it. And it's not always advice--trust me, there's a guy who woke up drunk in an electronics store looking for a ride home. It's kind of a weird place.

So many? How many are there? Is the girl Will a Pretty Cure as well?

She's not a Pretty Cure. She's just some girl who's like us, but not really. She's from a different world that does its own things.

There are a lot of those.

Well, I guess we're not going to have to do the whole 'wait to see how long it takes for the new person from our world to become a Precure' thing this time.

... You two did pretty well there though. Was that your first battle?

Second actually. Our first battle went a little more roughly than the first one did. But it was when Saki and I finally became friends.

Well... I guess that's close enough to the start. At least you're lucky enough to be somewhere where there's more Precure than just you and her?

It's quite the stroke of luck. I would think that if it was just Saki and I, then it would be a little harder to deal with everything.

Yeah, it definitely is hard to deal with fighting without anyone to explain how things are. Or people who've done it before to talk to you about it. It's still doable, but being able to talk to others because of this community really helps a lot.
