[There's a new face to be seen frowning at the screen - he may be familiar to some as in some form he's been here before but this particular Loki has not found the community ever before and so he's wondering why this strange book he's found is showing other people in it, seemingly communicating with each other. His expression lightens to one of curiosity before he speaks.]

It fluctuates. People lose access, then get it back. At the moment, I'd guess twenty or thirty-- possibly more, possibly less. I haven't tried to count them all.
