The old men were bitching about how the new Heisei Riders weren't living up to their ideals, so I told them go fight it out. I didn't think they'd take me seriously but hey, it happened.

One of many. There's multiple Earths across the field, as you are probably aware now. Riders tend to solve problems by fighting it out. The dust settling is the final tale to it.

The Riders are many things, but innocent slayers they are not. They'll be fighting between themselves. They know the risks.

Besides, it's a ploy. To get another faction to show their teeth.
