foolsSTUDENTS

As the professor of English Literature at this fine establishment, I must impart to you the fullest possible knowledge of my legend!

The lecture will be lasting five hours and there will be no tea breaks except for me since I must always have my tea and only heroes may have tea breaks and naturally since not a single one of you is as heroic as I am, I will be the only one having tea!

AS SUCH, DO NOT BE LATE TO THE LESSON.

[BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE A SHIT-TON OF OTHER STUFF TO DO. STUPID ENABLING PLURK.]
[Marked for the attention of English students, but open to anyone.]

Those of you in my class, you do have that 1500-word essay due by the end of Tuesday next week. The handouts are in my office, if you've lost yours - remember, you can find the relevant Donne poetry in chapter 10 of the textbook. If you want to bring in any of his other work, feel free, just make sure to reference where you got it.

If anyone needs any help, you know where to find me. I know it's asking a lot in the run-up to Christmas, but look at it this way - at least it's not a five-hour lecture, right?

((ENGLIT STUDENTS IN MR DYLANDY'S CLASS: your essay is 'Compare any two or more of Donne's poems, focusing on the use of imagery and metaphor.' Specifically given because Donne is full of sexual imagery, so it's an interesting topic for the class.....and because he has a hope that JUST MAYBE Michael and Nena will actually do the work this time.

ETA: JUNIORS WORK: ESSAY, IT'S BEEN SET FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS NOW. SOPHOMORE WORK: WRITE UP DISCUSSION POINTS FOR A CLASS DEBATE ON WHO DESERVED THE INSPECTOR'S VISIT THE MOST IN 'AN INSPECTOR CALLS'. SENIORS: SHORT STORY - ONLY PROMPT IS 'SCIENCE FICTION'.))

I apologize in advance to the English/French people and the world in general :|
In my latest post someone complained a lot of people complained but that's not the point about how most of the time you only see women as examples. Well, now I am going to explain the difference between a man and someone that I can't really describe with words but it's not a man for sure.

This thing also called Brows or less commonly England, is not a man. Just take a look at his Boss. What the hell seriously..that clothes... He looks like a French or something. Disgusting. That shouldn't surprise me much considering that Brows was raised by this French perv over here. Ja, he's a man. I apologize for torturing your poor innocent eyes.

And now let's play attention to my awesome boss here. Not that's a real man. powerful, strong, wise, a total kick ass. No wonders he deserve and awesome nation like me.

[ooc: Because the comm likes to mess with Prussia too, the last pic was supposed to be this one, but it was changed to the one of him being paternal with lil Germany. Feel free to mock him. The first man is George III, king of England, and the second man is Frederick II of Prussia.]

[look, more homework~!]
For those of you in my class, this week is your final chance to turn in your spreadsheets for Homework 5. I trust that Excel has become one of the many things you are all competent in.

If you missed one or more in-class projects or were too busy playing Counterstrike during class, I will make the project handouts available. All work handed in by Friday, 1 PM, will be considered on time for the semester. Note that this does not count homework assignments with due dates (HOMEWORK 1, 2, 3, 4).

In the case that you were the one who installed Counterstrike on the computers, congratulations. Your sheer wherewithal of reinstalling it the dozen times I've uninstalled it, as well as working around the faculty locks that should have prevented you from installing anything at all, is most impressive. I would be intrigued to hear a step-by-step explanation of how you managed such a feat, as it is important that these sorts of things be dealt with.

I believe that is all.

Veh, just reminding my Home Ec classes: we're making ragu alla bolognese in class today, so if you have your aprons at home, bring them!

Also, I know some people were worried about certain accidents that were happening in class where food would be set on fire? Like, all the time? So we added fire extinguishers in, er, places where fires seemed to happen the most often. Especially near the student stoves. ...so that'll be good.

And also: I'm filling in for Mr. Mendez's art classes today, so could anyone tell me what the assignments for today were?

Just a quick reminder for everyone in my art class, but your final assignments for this semester are due in for 3pm Friday of this week at the latest. No excuses, guys, even if your last name starts with 'T' and rhymes with 'rinity'.

And in case we're not clear, as well as your final piece I need you to hand in your sketchbooks and portfolios so I can mark it all properly. The art rooms'll be open after school every day this week bar Friday so you can work on finishing up everything as well as working on it in class, so you can't say I haven't given you plenty opportunity to finish it.

Any questions?

IC EDIT: Oh, and for any of you who were signed up for Excalibur's 5-hour class tomorrow, our gracious Principal has given me leave to excuse any of you who need to come to my class. So make sure you're there, guys.

A Note to My Biology Students
Students, I know that some of you are having a bit of trouble getting to my class because of Mr. Excalibur's extended lectures, but I urge you to skip out at the end of the first hour. He won't even notice, trust me.

To provide you with some extra incentive, we'll be having a special class this afternoon, so please make sure you show up! We'll be dissecting some very rare creatures today. If you don't come, you may never have the opportunity to see one of these magnificent creatures up close, let alone get up close and personal with their amazing and unique anatomy.

I've collected the following critically endangered creatures for today's class:
Sumatran Orangutan - Akabane Kuroudo
Red Wolf - Naoto Shirogane
Arabian Leopard - Nena Trinity
California Condor
Red-headed Vulture
Fiji Crested Iguana - Himiko
Bloody Bay Poison Frog - Rogue
Spotted Handfish - Akihiko Sanada
Daggernose Shark - Kurosaki Ichigo
Caribbean Electric Ray - Dietrich von Lohengrin
And as a special treat - a baby Humpbacked Whale!

I'd like everyone in my class to sign up here with the creature they want to dissect. I think we'll need a couple for the whale, so feel free to team up. Four is probably the minimum we'll need for that one.

Attention Students
Bonjour!

Just a note for my French Class students:
Sorry about my absense last week, my dear students. Small family emergency, you know how it is. I trust you treated the substitute well? I know she forgot to assign homework, but no one reminded her! For shame everyone. I guess I should learn not to expect better of you...

Anyway! Because you didn't get it last week, your assignment is this (Pretend this is in french, kay?). It's a wonderful Victor Hugo poem, in French of course. Just have it memorized by the end of the week so you can recite it in class. And before anyone asks, no, you can't have the poem with you while you're supposed to be reciting it.

Now, to everyone else...what's this I'm hearing about a five hour lecture? Because it appears to overlap one of my classes! I will not be accepting that as an excuse for missing class, students.

[PSA for all Students and Faculty | Detention Roll Call!]
The following students must report in this afternoon for detention:

Ggio Vega
Gilbert Beilschmidt
Grimjoww
Hwoarang
Jin Kazama
Kaito Kuroba
Kamina
Kanji Tatsumi
Leila
Matt

Nate Grey
Nabiki Tendou
Nena Trinity
Reno
Rock Howard
Rock Light
Simon
Tyki Mikk
Setsuna F. Seiei

Failure to report in on time will result in further punishment, which may include added hours to detention, demerits, or a trip to the Principle's Office. If you believe that you have been wrongly accused, then you may submit a formal complaint to the Disciplinary Committee, and your case will be reviewed at a later time.

For those students who insist on skipping out on detention... don't even bother. I will hunt you down, and I will force you to go. As Head of the Disciplinary Committee, it's my duty to make sure that those who break the rules are punished accordingly.

[Locked to Teachers and Faculty // Unhackable]

For the more serious troublemakers, I believe we may need to begin implementing harsher punishments. It's becoming increasingly difficult to force certain students to serve in detention, and I feel that it might not be enough to deter them from their bad behavior.

Your thoughts on this matter?

Late papers shall not be accepted, and as it is worth a good portion of your grade, it is in your best interests to turn them in on time. Also, I will give an extra reminder that the exam is on Friday, so please make sure you are all prepared for that.

I shall gladly take any questions you have, and my office hours are written in your syllabus. I am looking forward to seeing you all in class~

Togusa works too hard.
To avoid cluttering up the main forum, the details about the finals for my classes are available on my account here. That's my civics and modern history sections, and both introductory and intermediate Japanese. Extra credit projects are all due no later than Friday. There will be no extensions on extra credit assignments, since I handed them out a month ago.

We don't have enough sign-ups to run a criminal justice section next semester, so get your registration in if you want to take it. Just a reminder: there's a field trip to the firing range involved.

Mock trial and Model UN aren't meeting this week because of finals. We pick up again after winter break. Mock trial is visiting the District Attorney's office in January, so remember to turn in your permission slips before vacation.

Franzy's Angry PSA. BECAUSE YOU ALL STARTED WITHOUT ME.
To Students and Teachers

The holidays are approaching and already, I have seen a peak in the school's overall bad behavior. None of you are on Christmas Break yet, so I would advise offenders to cease their foolishness now. If not, you will be spending your Christmas break in mandatory detention with Ms. Kusanagi and myself. Know that the both of us do not appreciate wasting our personal time on foolish students and their foolishness, so risk at your own will.

I have created a list of students who have now been warned. If I, a teacher or a member of the disciplinary committee catch you breaking a rule more than once then you will be forced to attend these mandatory detentions as well as the ones after-school. Understood?

If you would like to negotiate, then comment here, however, any comments deemed foolish will be counted as a strike against your name. And to teachers and the disciplinary committee, if you also wish to negotiate or to add more names to the list then you may also respond.

Click for Your Name )

Locked to Teachers; she's pissed off at you guys too | hackable )

And to part, a few points that address certain subjects on posts I have seen:

- Pay attention in your classes. If you do not then you are missing out on vital information that may certainly be important on your tests. Do not expect your friends to be so generous with you, especially if you do not deserve it and if they are in a class ahead of you while you are required to repeat.

- If there are any more complaints on how certain students are willing to dress then I am one call away from implementing school uniforms for the entire school system. We have a reputation to uphold and anything deemed embarrassing looks badly on us as a group. Dress respectfully or you will be forced to.

- Library books are due in on Friday.

If you feel the need to respond to my message then please do so. If not, I am sure there are classes that you all need to be attending to. That is all.

Your Principal
Franziska von Karma

HOWEVER! It has come to my attention that there a few things going on in this school by the faculty that should NEVER be condoned. Until then, I am forced to continue my frosting bombing until at least two changes are made.

1. We would like the use of the whip to be lessen.
2. The animal dissection of endangered or almost endangered species to be stopped.
3. Every Male teacher needs to be wearing pants OR something of the sort.

For those who left the frosting bomb for our Dean, please note that he is not amused that whoever decided to leave it for him gave it to the wrong person. As his assistant, I am highly disappointed in those who pulled this prank, as I seem to be the victim of it.

While I understand some of you may not always agree with his ways, realize that this is a warning, because the Dean does not take lightly to pranks against him or his staff well. At all. Any who are caught behind this act will be immediately given detention over the Christmas break.

There will be no exceptions to this rule.

[Unaffected. Possibly the only one? EDIT: SOB REDUNDANT POST IS REDUNDANT]
Is there anyone else on the community who isn't affected by either working in or attending a high school?

I am starting to wonder...

Alright, which one of you, left the frosting bomb in the Assistant to the Dean of Students office?

Edit: I am on to all of you, students!

I'd like to ask your permission to install school cameras, in the rooms and hallways.

Hey, guys.

Making fun of other students is really rude, and so is throwing stuff at them and calling them names. So... seriously, cut it out.

Just a quick note to whoever it was who dropped the miniature model of the TARDIS into my pigeonhole during lunchbreak; not that I don't appreciate the sentiment, but you know, despite what you all seem to think (and yes, I have heard that rumour and I have a good idea of who's circulating it), I probably wouldn't be able to fly it, even if I could get into it.

Ta for your attention, and while I'm here, everyone in the history class I was taking this semester, we've got a review session tomorrow, just in case any of you forgot.

Whoever wrote "Gabriel is a fag" on my locker? Yeah. Thanks. I don't know how I would have survived without you pointing this out for me.

Ugh, thank god I only have to put up with all of you for one more semester.

[ooc: Using a different journal for more icons... again :( y'all know me. And my icons.]

[You know those screens that have been set up throughout the school to give a looped slide show of reminders for school events that no pays attention to attention to? Well you see one of those screens, going through the current looped power point slide show at the school.

Boring huh? Well, unexpectedly 8-bit sprites, that look suspiciously like faculty members that are unfavored by students, come running across the screen while the slide show is still going. Faculty members like a certain whip welding principle, a grumpy dean, and a teacher that likes to give five hour lectures just to name a few. They are being chased by an 8-bit T-rex who is eating them one by one. This continues on until the digital T-rex eats the last sprite and then it loops back around to start all over again. Just like the boring slide show~

And you you happen to look around the school, it's being shown on all the screens that are showing that slide show.]

((if there is a teacher that a character has expressed a strong dislike most likely they are one of the sprites being eaten by the digital t-rex))
