Kurt turns in his bed, blinks half sleep and a strange smirk appears on his face when he sees that there’s another body next to him in the bed. He moves closer to the other boy and snuggles against him. When there’s no response, he moves his arms around him and bites the nape of his neck.]

[Butterfly is beating up some guards. She's doing quite well, especially considering she's unarmed and they're both armed and armored.

To those who actually know something about martial arts, though, they might notice that, well... she's doing fine against the guards, but that's because they're not used to anyone fighting back, particularly not teenage girls. But she's grandstanding, quite a bit. Also notable is the fact that this is an actually vaguely plausible video angle, which is strange for the community.

Once the last guard goes down, Butterfly strikes a rather obvious pose before coming over and... picking up the book, with a little toss of her head.]

[Yeah, she's not even trying to act - she knows darn well it was, as evidenced by the fact that she came right over and picked the thing up.]

[Dead Master is not in her own world, but in what appears to be modest office. She looks slightly troubled, or perhaps the better description is distracted, as she lets her hair down and runs fingers through the slight curls. She does not know the camera is on when she speaks to herself.] I think…

[An innocent statement enough all on its own—after all, she is in a doctor’s office right now-- but her tone is amatory and moist. As expected, voicing this thought aloud does not help satisfy whatever is on her mind. Instead, it brings a much needed flush to her cheeks.

It is so strange to her to be looking, needing someone else. She has been content with (or chasing or fighting; the standard where she lives) that person in her own world, so never before has she been open to others like this. Yet...she does not mind this feeling at all. She does not think there is anything different with herself, only that she sees more opportunities in others, in men and women she’s barely known during her short time here.]

[Captain John appears on the screen not looking like his usual self at all, for one thing he's removed his ever present red coat and is minus his usual weaponry.

((Kasumi is WRATH: she wants you to do what she tells you and any resistance is met with the blunt end of a mallet. She's not extremely violent (even when possessed by a demon her evil was mild) but she will take revenge on people who have 'wronged' her or her sense of justice.
