What's a good way to make friends with someone who really really doesn't want to be friends with you?

[ video; apple virusness! ]
Ugh, this is so annoying.

[ Morrigan appears, looking like this and she doesn't look happy. again.

she taps her nails on the desk as she's looking at the screen with a pissed off expression. she looks to the watch on her wrist and then to the screen again ]

...Okay, listen up everyone, I've got work in about fifteen minutes. I've got to look up a couple of things here so I hope that you guys will leave me alone.

[ she gets annoyed and turns to her side, shouting ]

Shut-up! Stop fighting in there and crying! I don't even know what you're crying for!!

[ ooc: replies will be from [personal profile] unsuccubus, the human!Morrigan. you don't have to add her or anything, but be warned, she's like the total opposite of regular Morrigan ]

[Video] Golden apple
[There's a small furry hamster staring into the screen. It appears to be in distress. There's part of a half eaten golden apple near the hamster. Unless, you're an animal all you get is a bunch of squeaking.]

Someone, help me! I don't want to be cat food!

[accidental video] five little apples sitting on a gate
[The curse of the golden apples strikes again, except Makoto has been a little busy so odds are she didn’t get the memo.

In any case the girl on the screen looks like Makoto, her eyes, hair tie, and earrings make her easily recognizable no matter what her shape which is good…because her shape is that of a child no more than five years old.

She is outside in what appears to be snowy weather with a too big bag that would probably be burdensome for a child her age, but other than being awkward she’s carrying it just fine. It makes crossing the street with the adults a little difficult—

—that car just barely misses her, but she doesn’t seem to notice, recklessly determined to get to her destination with her bag.

Mini Makoto makes it as far as the snow-blanketed park of Azabu Juban before she is suddenly beaned in the head with a snowball. She screws her face up and rounds on her assailant…or assailants, a small gang of boys who are taller than she is in her current form, but are probably not much older.]

Look at what we have here…an arm rest [as one of the boys drops an arm on top of her head] we haven’t seen you around here before, midget.

That’s because [she swats his hand away] I’m new here, you dumb gorilla.

Oh yeah? [He looks offended, but after looking back at his fellow cronies he puts on a smug smile] Well since you’re new, you oughta know that this is our park and if you wanna pass you’ll have to pay for it.

[The group of boys behind him chortle and nod their head in agreement before circling her like a pack of jackals]

Let me guess, you’re the king gorilla and these are your ape lackeys [Makoto doesn’t really look put out, but she does tighten her hold on her bag of stuff] but that’s probably an insult to all monkeys! This park is for everyone!

Listen y’little brat, you’re new here so we’ll let you off with a warning and…[the group of boys make a grab for the bag in her arms and it turns into a tug of war with Makoto holding her own on one side and the boys pulling from the other. Unfortunately she’s not quite as strong as normal and the bag ends up ripping in half. The contents spill all over the ground, more valuable items shattering. She picks up the ruins of what must have been a really nice cake, looking as though she might just burst into tears.]

Oops! Oh well, guess you should have handed it over whi—

[But before the boy can finish his sentence for all of his buddies to cackle at, Makoto does the opposite of crying. Her little face is blotchy and red from anger and with her little fists balled up and white she jumps right on top of her provoker and starts laying into him.

So much for the king gorilla’s followers, quick to take off instead of hanging back to watch Mini Makoto bombard their leader repeatedly and mercilessly with a volley snowballs.]

[ooc: the green dialogue is Mako-chan and the orange is the NPC boy.]

[ video ] warning for descriptions of fatal injuries that aren't actually there anymore? and blood.
[ Yuri's... too tired to type right now and she's pretty sure it would be a little suspicious if she did voice. Because she never does voice. Might as well just be open about it.

So have a video of Yuri, still in the Ushiromiya mansion, but not a cat anymore. No, her uniform has clear cuts on it-- one across the stomach where she'd been gutted. Part of her sleeve was missing too, and there was a ton of blood all around her wrist in a clear-cut line, then her hand looked completely clean. New, even. There was blood in a straight line across her throat, multiple splotches of blood on her clothes where she'd been stabbed. There seemed to be blood between her fingers and all over her left hand, except on the fingers-- they also looked good as new. It didn't look like there were any actual injuries anymore though, just blood. Lots of blood. If she hadn't already been dead, it probably was enough to kill a living person four or five times over. ]

Can I get a worldhop back to the afterlife? I need to change clothes.

There’s been quite a stir in the art world lately, revolving around the famous statue: Venus De Milo. Naturally, it has caught my attention as well. It’s been said that the mysterious arms to the beloved statue, have been found. Soon the whole world will be able to see the Venus De Milo, or in other words, the Greek goddess Aphrodite whole as she should be…

Although, there’s enough evidence to judge how the arms have been originally positioned and what the statue may have looked like. The statue itself was designed to meet the time’s standards. A very classical approach, I must say. It’s believed that she was holding an apple and glancing in its direction.

However, with the missing arms it seems to cause a mysterious allure about it. Artists have been driven crazy by it. Amazing what piece of artwork can do. There's been a lot of criticism already upon this new find creating some heated discussions.

Do you think that the statue should be left alone? Or do you feel that it would be better to see it completed? How far would you go to see something like this completed? Or would you stop it?
