[The scene is a cramped room, full of mechanical bits and tools of all sorts. A teenaged girl is staring in the viewscreen. She reaches out and taps on the casing.]
I don't get this thing. Where did it come from? The technology is so different than what I'm used to. [She frowns then sits up, exhaling sharply so her bangs fly up away from her forehead.]
But I guess I can talk to people from here, huh? So, I'm Winry Rockbell. [A sweet smile breaks on her face.] I hope to get to know you soon.

But then, I heard a few things about you too.

Oh? Really? [Fiddles with the screen.]

Well, I recall he had his right arm busted up and wouldn't let anybody touch it so as to not mess up your work. It seems like half the time he's afraid you'll kill him. I tend to think you just care a great deal.
[voice]
Yeah, well...Ed does stupid things. [Not answering the caring thing. Nope.]
[voice]
he does stupid things on occasion, but most of the time his reasons for doing them aren't that stupid.
[voice]
I guess he tells you more than he tells me.
