Although... seeing as most of you seem to think that you're from different 'worlds', then that might be a problem.

I would hardly consider it as so. And while I believe I have answered the others' queries about Freaks, I shall repeat.

They are artificial vampires, with a chip embedded in them.

Though, looking at your avatar, I'm not so sure if they're the only ones.
