[And suddenly there is video to accompany the audio. Both Mai and Masamori are seated together in a setting unusual for them. They are dressed in outfits similar to this and this. Mai smiles brightly and sits back.]

There it goes! [She turns and looks at Masamori.] Shall we begin?

Let's! [Masamori says with a smile at Mai, before he turns to the camera with a friendly but professional air.]

Hello, community! We'd like to ask you a few questions today.

First- [He settles back a bit.] were you aware of other worlds before joining the community?

Second- are there any worlds that you know are a different version of yours?

And if there are, what made them different?

[He looks back to Mai.] Was there anything else?

[Mai nods and addresses the camera.] Third, and last- have you traveled to one of these other worlds? If so, how?

[She turns to Masamori again.] I think that should be enough for now.

[They both smile politely at the camera.] Thank you for your time.

How different is the Mirror World from your world?

It's full of Monsters, and humans can't survive in it without the special armor Riders wear. Even then, we can only stay in there so long before we start dissolving.

Is "Mirror World" a term you created, or did someone else come up with it?

[promisedknight]

It was used by Shiro Kanzaki, the person who set up the Rider War and was experimenting with it. His sister used it too, though she's not involved in what he did.

And could you explain what this Rider War is?

[promisedknight]

[He grimaces. He hates explaining this.]

Thirteen people are picked to become Kamen Riders, bribed with the power to grant a wish. The only way to get this power is to fight all the others to the death.

And who is granting this power?

I don't know. It looks like it might be from the Mirror World itself. If anyone knows, then it's Kanzaki only.

Is there any way we could speak with this Kanzaki person?

[promisedknight]

Not that I know of, and I live with his sister. The only times I've ever seen him, he contacted me.

Does he contact his sister?

Not that I know of, or if he has, she hasn't told me.

Is there any way we might speak to her?

I want to keep her out of it. Whatever her brother's doing isn't her fault.

She doesn't have access to the community, so I don't know how well that'll work.

1. I would say technically no; my world has an afterlife that you can get to by train, but it's still part of 'this world' and not some parallel universe.

2. I am not from an Earth. Almost everyone else is. As such, I answer with a very annoyed 'no'. There are a few worlds here that shared some similarities in wildlife and magic, but their cultures were vastly different.

3. Do I look like I'm dumb enough to take a train to the afterlife?

How similar are the wildlife and magic in those worlds? Or the geography?

Geography is completely different. Magic usually has a similar structure. The domesticated wildlife is the same, but there's usually about a 10% overlap in the wild species.

Could you describe how magic works in your world? And how it is similar to the magic in other worlds?

The format of my magic is what's similar to those other worlds. Spells come in weak, normal, and strong variants, and usually come in the same sets of elements: fire, ice, lightning, and healing. It's more varied for other elements - holy, poison, earth, water, wind, and so on.

The source of this kind of magic also differs from world to world. On my world, this magic comes from the gods of magic. I don't know where it comes from on the other worlds.

[Two fingers.] Three. With mine that'd make for four that're versions of this planet somehow or another that I've seen come through here. Had the same countries, some people I knew, people who knew people I know, people who knew people other people know, all that. The years 'n months and all that don't really line up, and one of the worlds had some missing people from over here.

[Greed looks to his fingers, remembering there was a third question, thinks for a moment to remember what it was and pops up the third finger.] Annnd.... Yeah. Same way you go to any world on here that ain't yours. Get someone with a world hop to give you a ride.

Yeah, there's still the girl who's about four, sixish years in the future around here. Just went by her place the other day.

And that's possible? To travel to another point in time?

I can't hide somethin' someplace here, then go to any of the other worlds that were around and find it there, so I dunno how connected they are... Shit, there've been other me's in those places people've been dealing with right before or after talking to me here. I don't think there's ever been two of the same person on here at the same time, at least.
