[The video opens up to someone in a red cloak with a high collar from behind, messing about with something on Leila's bed. A song* is playing, presumably from Leila's computer.

After a moment, the figure turns around and proves to be Leila, humming along to the song.]

She's a double-dealing diva, with a taste for - oh, hello community.

[She comes over and turns the music off, and slips out of the cloak. It seems to have been cut for someone with wider shoulders than her; in fact she's wearing her normal yellow one underneath it. What was on the bed proves to be a bag - to all appearances, she's packing for a trip. Though why that includes a pair of what are very plainly daggers meant for combat...]

Hmm... well, since the community obviously thinks I need to post, we may as well have another of those inane question posts. I'd apologize, but I'm not particularly sorry. How do you pack for a trip?

And has anybody besides me managed to become a fan of entertainment from another world since joining the community?

They're apparently after something called the Miracle Jewel. It's said to grant wishes.

Problem is, we have absolutely no idea where it is.

I see... do you think they do? How have they been operating?

Lately they show up, demand the jewel which we don't have, sic a Super Akanbe on us, that's a monster made with two Cure Decor, and we beat it. And take a lot of punishment while doing so. They're tough.

I see. So they think you have it? Do you have any idea why?

I can only imagine they're after the Wish-Granting powers of the jewel. Which is strange because if they DID have it, they wouldn't be attacking so eagerly.

Well, again, it sounds like they think you have it. And I take it they aren't taking "no" for an answer.

Yeah. And the moment we deny it, out comes the Akanbe.

So you've got no idea at all why they'd think you have it? You haven't picked up some mysterious trinket that could be hiding it, could you?

Not unless Candy has been holding out on us. But all we've been doing is collecting more Cure Decor. It's a race now to try and revive Royale Queen before Pierrot.

Mhm. I see... I don't know what to tell you.

It's okay. We'll call if we need help honestly. So far it's been manageable because the Super Akanbe are as big a danger to the user as well as the Precure.

Oh, really? Not too discriminating, are they?

The first time Wolfrun used it, the Super Akanbe punted him across the battlefield.

Ah. They're not very intelligent, are they?

The Super Akanbe, I mean.

Definitely not. They're basically meant for one thing, and that's fighting.

Hmm... that could be useful to know. If they give you as much trouble as it sounds like but you're still bringing them down, you've probably already worked this out, but outsmarting them might be the best way to deal with them.

Yeah, a straight fight is a little difficult to do but it's still one of our options. Outsmarting them seems to be the less painful way of doing so.

Do all the Precures get acrobatics along with their powers, or just you? Either way, if they're dumb enough to attack their own superiors, they may not deal with attacks from unexpected directions well. Say, above.

Everyone does. We can jump around and shoot beams and stuff from different angles.

So yes, above might be a good idea, or just around. From the sound of it... are these mostly big, bulky creatures? Even if it's ahead in raw power, if you've got numbers, brains, and agility you can turn that into an advantage quite quickly.

I usually only have two of the three.

That's right, they're bigger and stronger usually. They're at least fifteen feet tall on average, with a wide attack radius so it makes it difficult to defeat head on.

Hah, a wide radius isn't the problem, you just need to get in under their guard. Try to scatter and get around them in different directions - without about as many arms as there are of you, there's no way they could keep track of all of you. Then if one of you can get a shot in at a weak point... knees are good for that if you can't get somewhere more vital right off.

[It may or may not be a good thing that she never actually tried the bureaucrat cover with Yayoi.]

This is sound advice. I really like these ideas. Most of the time we go straight direct attacks and it doesn't work properly.

I can imagine. If it's that big and built for straightforward combat, you're probably at a major disadvantage even five on one - going head-on is fighting the thing on its terms, and that's something you don't want to do. Especially if anything at all important depends on you succeeding.

[Is Leila going to have to give Precures lessons on fighting dirty now >:| ]

That's a good point. I heard a couple of our Precure ranks don't use straight forward attacks at best. [Milky Rose and Passion were notorious for cheap shots.]
