I would like to request your advice, community. Of those of you who deal with... admittedly strange people on a regular basis, what is the strangest thing they've ever done that you have had to help with, even though you disapproved of it? What did you do in that situation?

...furthermore, does this situation you were in compare in any way, by level of strangeness or otherwise, to a certain somebody holding public auditions in a talent show format in order to search for additions to her harem?

It depends on their position. If they were my superiors, I would help them without question as long as it is not outright heresy.

However, I must say, nothing seems so strange as what you are experiencing. If you can, please distance yourself from this.

I cannot. It's my responsibility to make sure she doesn't get into trouble.

...and she's already enlisted me to sort through all the applications we've gotten.

We have enough staff as it is, and they all tend to side with her.

I've never been dragged into it personally, but Sister Serra has a bad habit of roping my boyfriend into her continuing efforts to acquire vassals.

I think a talent show to search for members of a harem beats that, though. Are the people auditioning aware that that's what they're signing up for?

If they're getting into it willingly I'm not really sure what you can do to stop them.

If you can't talk her out of it, I suppose you could try to get her to at least be selective about it.

That's what I'm trying to do. She's pulled in stacks of applications, but I'm telling her she can only pick one! Even still...

I'm not sure what to tell you. This is why I haven't tried to get up in a higher position to serve one of the nobles directly.

I knew what I was getting into, and it's certainly stressful, but... Iono-sama and I are childhood friends. As much as she may drive me up the wall, I can't bear to upset her.

If she manages to attract so many people to her harem, I'd venture to guess she has that effect on a lot of people.

She has a strange sort of sense. The ability to know what somebody truly wants or feels, even if they deny it. And so she always tries to make people happy. She's beloved by our country.

How would you even gather participants in the first place? I expect a large number of women would be rightfully disgusted by all this.
