I was gonna die once, supposedly. I dunno why I didn't since I came here. Maybe I still might. Just because of a stupid wish. Can't I make a wish to save everyone here instead? Hiromu has that thing in him. Jin still doesn't have his body. Our dumb enemies just keep coming back and I don't even have any powers besides hitting people with pots and pans.

I wanna go back there and change my wish.

Does he have a virus?

Our enemies put part of their leader in him so they come back every time we beat them, even if they die. They just come back. Auu, I don't know how to fix it.

Then you can give it a virus!

What if he gets sick too? Then we'll be down a person and Commander Boring still won't let me be the new leader anyway.

So you want to be a captain? [Sena studies her thoughtfully.] You're probably a good mascot!

How would a mascot help, though? They just sit there.

No way! A mascot does a lot! They can cheer a team on and make them do better!

Do you think that's gonna help everyone else win, though? And I need a better costume. Mine doesn't match.

It would definitely help me win if I had a cute mascot.

I guess so. I wonder if we need mascots?

Of course you do. A game's no good without mascots.

I thought that was just because your favourite thing is cute.

It's true cute is best, but it's also good for helping people! The hero wouldn't work as hard to save the princess if he didn't like her, and he won't like her if he didn't think she was cute.

So it's not just because the hero has to save her because he's there?

Not at all. It's what makes the hero strong.

Cute is strong... hmmm. I know! Maybe I can sneak into the hangar and paint little bunnies and stuff on the Buster Machines! Then everyone will be inspired by cute!

But then the enemies wouldn't be afraid. You have to be cute for your friends, but you have to make sure all of your enemies want to jump off a cliff and die.

This is getting confusing.

It's not hard at all. It's good if they know you're cute, but you have to crush your enemies.

Can you crush them with cute things?

Giant things can't be cute.
