If there's some people who might be responsible, try beating the shit out of them, first. That's the easiest one, so start there.


If that don't work, then try beating the shit out of the one who figures they don't deserve to be happy 'till they hurt so much they at least figure they don't deserve to be in face-breaking pain. That's halfway to happiness right there.

If someone is determined to be unhappy there's not much you can do about it.

Happiness is a choice, it's not a right. If they want to be happy then they'll determine why their cup is empty and figure out a way to fill it if they really want to change their level of contentment.

You can't do it for them, you can only support them.

This is a dilemma I can relate to...and I'm not sure there's an easy way. For that guy I'd give up my dominate arm if it would make him happy. I'm pretty damned skilled with runes as well, if he wanted his memory altered I'd do it in a snap. Can't say any of that would make him happy though, well at least I'm pretty sure it wouldn't.

Sometimes I feel like he wants to be left to his own devices, but I don't want to leave him alone. It's kind of difficult trying to settle things with yourself especially when the things that bother you are also the core of who you are. That's the trouble with duality...

...I hate being a complex creature sometimes, it makes you envy the Berserkers a little bit. Life's easier when you can just react to things on instinct...Warp Spasm wasn't so bad, it's the aftermath that's the trouble...
