Mostly the common human ones. Doctors and hospitals and such.

Those are important things to have, and the sort I am most familiar with. Though, I know that some use a sort of magic.

As a matter of fact, yes. It's...most like performing surgery. Only with the obvious difference of it being magical in nature.

Yes, more or less. There's no instruments at all, really. It's the feeling the magic causes as it heals.
