Oh, yes. You do not have doctors in your world?

We do have them too, but... I didn't really think that there could be too big a difference in treatment outside of what technology's available. Now that I think about it, though, with the places this connects to, incantations or medicine so advanced it's more like a potion shouldn't be impossible.

If those started crossing world borders, it'd be worth the viruses and the hassle a hundred times over.
