A quick question.

Several members here have mistakenly thought my first name was "Ton" - an honorific associated with my status as Inquestor.

Which makes me wonder; what kind of honorifics do you have in your worlds? And if you do not have many, how does your society function without knowing peoples place and duties?

[ Akiho seems to be a bit lost in a pile of paper work all over her desk and part of her room. Since the test run for the robot didn’t go exactly as planned everyone agreed to work with JAXA instead of not taking their help again; which meant Akiho had to try and redraw plans and make lists of what everyone was going to take care of as work went on. ]

Over the last few weeks I’ve learned that even if a plan you had in mind might be ok on paper it might not work that well in practice. But I have faith in everyone in the club and we can make an even better machine using all of our skills.

So I guess this is a good time to ask, does anyone here have any ideas for what would make a design really stand out in the long run? Because right now it’s looking like we have to use AR apps to put any visual designs on due to the weight of the frame.

[The video opens inside a very high-tech looking building. Seriously, there's complicated-looking machines everywhere, as well as many screens showing formulas or binary code.

Oh, and there's also the really annoying, high pitched sound of a fire alarm going off. Which might just be due to the smoldering remains of one of the computers. There's a group of men in black suits standing around it, looking baffled.

In the background, you might spot Impmon quickly and quietly ducking out of the room. The video ends for a moment, before beginning again in a different room of the same building. Impmon's addressing the camera this time.]

Geez, you'd think a big, important, shady place like this'd have better security, but getting in here was almost insultingly easy! Kinda pathetic, really, especially when you consider what this place even is!

See, get this, this place is all about monitoring and getting rid of Digimon like me... And they didn't even notice me walkin' right into their HQ! If it wasn't so hilarious, I'd almost feel sorry for them! [He pauses, then laughs.] Ha, who am I kidding, no I wouldn't!

Now that the crazy battle is over, by the way I hope no one was hurt from it, I was thinking about Christmas Presents. it's 10 days till Christmas for me in my world, and I'd like to get everyone I've spoken to a present. I'll have one of my family members deliver it for me, or conversely you can pick it up from me.

Yeah, sorry about that, about worrying everybody but I'm glad I got to meet the people that came. It was pretty awesome, knowing there's places out there like that, where people take care of each other.

Does that happen a lot? Not the caring for people but meeting...friends, I guess? from other worlds? It'd kind of suck never really getting to see them.

[The video is kind of crappy, almost like it's surveillance footage. What might give that impression? The robot monkeys getting shot through with arrows outside of a prestigious high school.

If you got to see Artemis's archery skills during the zombie attack, then you might notice the skills used by a masked girl in a green costume familiar. Also, the face might look familiar, like when she realizes that yes, this is broadcasting, and looks over at the camera.]

[Another monkey comes at her, and she drops it with another arrow.]

[The video opens and oh look, it's Akihabara! The one in Nobuo's world, actually. Except right now it's plus one annoying pest.

Impmon's sitting on top of a street light, grinning as he looks at the people below.]

You know, peaceful sights like these are really boring! There's nothing going on! Life's all about excitement, don't you know and there's nothing really exciting about this dump. [He shrugs, snaps his fingers and summons a fireball.] So really, I'm just doing everyone a public service. Baddaboom! [And down goes the fireball. Don't worry, it's not actually going to hit anyone. [It's Ellie again, looking a little scuffed up and with her jaw slightly swollen, sitting in front of a large man in what appears to be an office. She seems nonchalant as he reads off a list of old marks against her.]

Let's see....fighting, theft, running away...fighting. [Apparently that needed to be said twice.] Disobeying orders...[Nonplussed, she scratches under her nose.] And more fighting. Do you have anything to say?

[When she apparently doesn't, he stands up and walks around his desk.] Do you know what stands between the hordes of infected and all the straggles living in the city?

[Since this wasn't the answer he was looking for, his mouth opens wide to yell at her when the video cuts off, only to open again a little later. She has a bucket and wash towel in her hand, standing on front of a car. This time she notices the recording.]

That guy pisses me off! He didn't do anything to the people who started the damn fight! [She kicks at the tire. Sniffing, she rubs a hand under her nose again.] Now I have to clean this fucking car.

[She dips the rag into the bucket before bringing it back up, wet and sudsy.] Is it like this everywhere?

How do you get picked to go places with the community?

That resort sounded kind of fun, but how do kids here keep school and parents from missing them? Mine would freak out if I disappeared for two days, and I'd miss training.

So I think I just did something incredibly stupid but I was forgiven for it. Lemme recap.

So I saved a young player in the forest from a bunch of Apes a few levels higher than she was. Her name is Silica, and she's a nice girl. Lemme get a picture up of her, I got a screenshot.

Cute huh? In any case, I saved her and her pet dragon Pima was killed in battle. So we went to the 45th floor and I helped her get a flower that will revive battle pets within 3 days of their death.

Now the dumb thing about it, is that she was being hunted by a PK guild. I know, horrible isn't it? They were scouting her and lining her up for a kill when I intervened. I sent those scum to jail after stating in no matter of terms that I would kill them all if I wasn't asked to send them to jail by a crystal made from a Guild Leader who's guild was wiped out by these cutthroats.

Thing is, we promised to see each other in the real world. So I guess I got myself a extra goal to reach now.

So yeah, you can tell me it was a dumb idea, killing two birds with one stone metaphorically. What I want to know is was it a really dumb idea to use Silica as bait, or should I have come clean? The letter I got from myself said I should use her as bait and apologize but you know how well that turns out even if she likes me.

[ When the video pops up, Kanna jumps a little bit and her face turns a little pink. She speaks nervously for a moment. ]

Is this a special event..? Wait- Am I being recorded? [ Calm down, Kanna! Deep breath. She looks around for a moment, then she gets up and goes to the door of her room, calling out the door. ]

Onee-chan, did you do something weird with the computer?!

[ She waits for a few seconds, then when there's no response, she looks back at the computer suspiciously over her shoulder. ]

She must have left... [ Was she that engrossed in what she was doing again? ] Is this some of that "spyware" that everyone warns about?

[ The girl comes back to the computer, frowning a bit before running out of the room. The video's just of her room for a moment when she comes back with masking tape to cover up her webcam. The video is obscured, but her voice is still recording to a blank screen. ]

I'll ask Onee-chan when she gets home, but this'll have to do for now.

Hooooly shit. [It's a young girl on the screen, her face very, very close for a few seconds.] This one actually comes on. [It moves back and shakes as she excitedly checks it out.] These phones store music, right? [Some beeps fill in the silence as she tries to navigate the smart phone for the first time.] Pretty easy...


...Nothing. [She sighs, dropping the hand that's holding the phone so that the viewers get a good view of her levi'd leg and what looks to be an old, crumbling building she's in.] Pft, figures.

[All the while, she has no idea she's being recorded.] What the hell can I use it for now? A flashlight?
